If, within 30 days of the date of your order, you decide, for any reason, that your Critter Cooler is not for you, we will accept undamaged product returns subject to a preauthorized 20% restocking fee. The return-restocking policy also includes order delivery refusals. Products authorized for return must be suitable for resale.
