It may be difficult to read the SECURITY CODE at the bottom of the registration screen. We have had the server at UPS go down, so could not provide correct shipping info, causing an error message. Regarding DISCOUNT COUPONS---

1. The discount coupon code is case sensitive. Enter it exactly, with no spaces or punctuation.

2. After you enter the Coupon Code, you will be requested to re-enter your credit card information, please do that BUT do not re-enter the coupon code, the discount has already been calculated and this will cause an error message.
